Custom Ordering Policy
Orders made less than a week (7 days) must be paid in full prior to pick up.
All orders require at least a 50% deposit to place the order and the remaining balance must be paid at pickup.
Phone orders must be paid in full before order can be placed.
Delivery orders must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event.
*** If payment requirements are not met, no cake will be made order will be canceled with no refunds***
Final cake designs are due at least 7 days in advance. There shall be no changes to design of cake within 7 days of the event. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional fees that must be paid before pickup.

We are taking all precautions to ensure food safety and sanitation during the Coronavirus pandemic. We take cleanliness very seriously. We know the importance of handing washing and cleanliness in decreasing the spread of bacteria or germs.
We understand events are being canceled due to fear of exposure to COVID-19.
Our Policy refund is 75% of your total order with a cancelation of 1 week prior to your event, No refund is available the week of. We are strongly encourage you to postpone your date instead. No fee will be acquired for postponing.
